Rose Rock Pet Resort's Goal is for your pet to have a fun and cozy vacation while you are away. Our staff is dedicated to providing our guests with a safe, secure and loving environment.

We have a modern, newly remodeled facility with a monitored fire and theft alarm system. Our pet resort and hospital are in two seperate parts of the building and have individual heat and air systems. All indoor runs have natural lighting and central heat and air. Guests are kept in a private accommodation, separated from their neighbor by a solid partition.

All of our guests are provided with a cozy bed, premium pet food (Hill's Science Diet or food brought by you) fed twice daily, afternoon snack and fresh water at all times. Soothing music is played in all areas during the day. We realize there is "no place like home," but we strive to duplicate the environment your pet is accustomed.

Dog Town - Our canine guests are housed in cozy private suites. Dogs are exercised two to three times daily in a spaciuos 60 square ft. outdoor area. Individual playtime activities are available in a large 400 square ft. outdoor play area for a minimal fee. We offer three different canine suites.

• Economy Suite is a climate controlled, indoor accomodation suited for the size of your pet.
• Luxury Suite is also a climate controlled accomodation, but is twice the size of the economy suite.
• The Villas provide a home-like atmosphere with television available for viewing personalized home movies. In addition our Villa residents receive individual cuddle time and are exercised in our enclosed, grass yard.

Kitty City - Our feline guests also have the choice of three different accomodations.

• Economy Condo is designed specifically for felines and located in our climate controlled facility.
• The Master Condo is the same size as the economy but offers a window perch for outdoor viewing.
• The Luxury Condo has two rooms and also includes a window perch for outdoor viewing.

* For a small fee, a playroom is available for our adventurous or leisure kitty guests to enjoy.

Special Services & Care Package

We offer several other special services for a minimal nightly fee. They are as follows:

• Puppy/Kitten Package
• Tender Loving Care Package
• Geriatric Package

Each package includes extra plush bedding, special diet suited for the age of the guest, playtime, additional health monitoring, and extra tender loving care. The geriatric package also includes use of special flooring to assist walking.

Requirements

For your pets' safety and the safety of all our guests, written proof of vaccination administered by a veterinarian is required upon entry. Owner or breeder administered vaccinations are not acceptable. If proof is not presented, required vaccines will be given at the owner's expense.

Vaccines required:

For Dogs

• DHLPP/Corona current as dictated by veterinarian that administered vaccine.
• Puppies less than 4 months must have at least 2 DHLPP vaccines.
• Bordetella within the last 12 months.
• Rabies current as dictated by vaccine used.

  For Cats

• FVRCP (Feline distemper, rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and pneumonitits) current—as dictated by veterinarian that administered the vaccine.
• Kittens less than 4 months must have at least 2 FVRCP vaccines.
• Rabies current as dictated by vaccine used.

Please remember to bring proof of vaccinations or we would be happy to immunize your pet upon check in. If possible, it is best to have your pet vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to visit. All guests will be examined for fleas & ticks upon entry, and if necessary, bathed and dipped for an additional fee.

Reservations are advisable, especially during holiday or peak seasons. To extend courtesy to all our guests, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. A fee is applied to cancellations of less than 24-hours. If your return date or time changes, please notify us as soon as possible.

Discounted Services

Multiple pet and extended stay discounts are available. Please inquire about prices. We offer discount rates on baths and dips for guests staying greater than 2 days.

Drop Off Service

We understand that you maintain a busy schedule. We do everything we can to simplify your life as a pet owner. To assist you, we offer a drop off service so you can leave your pet as early as 7:30am and pick up as late as 7:30pm.

Payment

Payment - We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. We also accept care credit (pet credit card that we can assist you in applying for). Personal Checks are also welcome, however, proper identification of the check signer is required.
